Cochrane Park is an estate of two, three and four bedroom houses lying to the eastern edge of Newcastle. It is an affluent area, popular with couples and families alike. The Wills building, which faces onto the Coast Road was a cigarette factory, until its closure in 1986 after which it became derelict.
